*Limited, UK only* Lego Scarecrow figure (bat016)

This iconic Batman villain came exclusively in 2 sets, Arkham Asylum (7785) and the Batcopter: the Chase for Scarecrow (7786). 

It features a glow in the dark head and also comes with his signature scythe which was included in set 7786.
